Our Response To COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has created unusual and challenging times for the church and all members within the body of Christ. We want to assure you that we are here to support your mission. Our mission is to assist our members across the country in responding to hardships during this time of need.

Be sure to contact your Relationship Manager or a member of the Corporate Services team as soon as you run into any hardships - Or even better, if you get a sense, that you will be soon. First, we want to pray with you and over your financial situation. Next, want to hear about your current experience so that we can tailor a solution that will work best for your specific situation.

Over the past several weeks, we have heard how important online giving has been for sustaining the income stream for non-profits and ministries. We have created trusted relationships with My Well, PushPay, and Stewardship Technologies. These three prominent online giving providers have committed to us additional resources to onboard our members in as little as 24 hours and waiving fees. This may be able to help stabilize your donations during this time of "social distancing."

Safety & Security
We want to reassure you that ACCU remains "well-capitalized". With capital levels well above regulatory minimums, ACCU continues to be safe, sound and secure. We are well prepared for economic challenges such as these. All funds at ACCU are Federally insured to $250,000. As an additional member benefit, ACCU has had a long-standing relationship with American Share Insurance (ASI) to provide excess share insurance on balances above federal limits.

Maximizing the return on all of your funds is key to ensuring that cash is available to you when you need it - and so is stability in your savings portfolio. If you find yourself looking to exit some of the volatility of the current stock market or uninsured funds, we can help. Currently, savings rates to our members exceed that of most well-known banks (up to 16 times).
